 Exchanges and returns policy

 

Occurrences involving exchanges or returns must be communicated to our Call Center via email notequalny@gmail.com. Always check the product when you receive it. Any problems, please contact our Customer Service immediately. 

For the Return of Defective Products, the following conditions must be respected:

The product must preferably be returned in its original packaging, along with the purchase receipt and accessories (if the product has any). The product will be analyzed and if it is found that there is no defect, it will be sent back to the customer. The costs of reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

For the Refund of Amounts where the payment was made via credit card, you will be asked to cancel the debt to your card administrator and the reversal will occur according to the deadline established by your financial institution.

 

For returns or exchanges, NotEqual reserves the right to charge shipping costs as well as other expenses associated with your return.

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES: NotEqual reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time, regardless of the amount of stock. All promotions launched are not cumulative, unless previously agreed and released by the company, even with DISCOUNT COUPON .
